Planning to Win is the nation's first educational series dedicated specifically to restoration professionals and is brought to you by Dave Hanks of Interlink Supply, the country's largest distributor network serving the professional cleaner and restoration contractor. The Planning to Win series was founded in 2009 to provide training in the business and marketing aspects of running a successful restoration company.
Early classes, titled "The Business of Restoration," provided education on common restoration challenges such as mold and odors along with business and marketing tools particular to this industry. Events were held several times a year in Las Vegas and Atlanta, with hundreds of attendees successfully completing the much-needed training.
Responding to requests from attendees and customers, Planning to Win developed the Accelerated Marketing program in 2011 which focuses strictly on marketing in the restoration industry. The three-day event has proven highly successful, drawing a record number of attendees from across the U.S. and Canada. Accelerated Marketing hones in on the strategic nuances targeting a specific restoration market and planning a campaign that will take that target completely off of the restoration battleground.
The goal of Planning to Win is to share the secrets others have learned in order to enable restoration professionals to enjoy greater success by overcoming the inevitable obstacles that occur in different phases of their growth.
